This Slow Cooker Pizza Dip the easiest tastiest party dip you'll ever make.

You can add just about anything you desire on a regular pizza pie just add this on top of this delicious cheesy dip and adapt it to exactly how you order your favorite pizza.

Serve this easy dip with garlic bread, toast, chips or whatever you like, it will be a hit at any party or holiday gathering.

Topping Suggestions

  • peppers, onion, artichoke hearts, olives, mushrooms
  • fresh spinach leaves or arugula
  • any kind of bottled jarred pizza sauce
  • make a full meat lovers pizza by adding loose sausage, pepperoni, bacon, or ham
  • use only vine-ripe diced tomatoes for the best results
  • for seafood lovers, shrimp, scallops, or other shellfish
  • use any turkey pepperoni instead of a regular
  • any kind of assorted cheese can be used that melts easily
  • Serving Suggestions: garlic bread, crackers, chips, breadsticks, tortilla chips, pita points toasted, bread, or soft pretzel bites, toasted baguette garlic crostini, pita points toasted, Italian breadsticks, toast points, bagel chips, french bread toasted, large slices of vegetables IE thick peppers, tomatoes, etc.

Slow Cooker Pizza Dip

This is a pizza dip made in a slow cooker
Prep time: 10 MinCook time: 2 HourTotal time: 2 H & 10 M

Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon each dried oregano, dried basil, granulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan and Romano blended grated cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese plus 1 cup for the top
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • Optional: sliced olives, cooked loose Italian sausage, pepperoni slices, mushrooms chopped, bell pepper chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the cream-softened cheese in a bowl with 1 cup of mozzarella, sour cream, dried herbs, and grated cheese and mix until smooth (either by hand or using a mixer).
  2. Spoon this mixture into a greased slow cooker liner.
  3. Spread the top with sauce, sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and additions of meat you prefer or vegetables.
  4. Slow cook this on low for around 3 hours.
  5. Serve with garlic bread, pita toast points, breadsticks, toasted bread slices, vegetables sliced, chips or crackers, or whatever you desire to use this dip with.
