Baked Crunchy Hash Brown Potato Broccoli Cheese Casserole Recipe

A very easy side dish any potato and cheese lover will love!

 Baked Crunchy Potato Broccoli Cheese Casserole Recipe

1 package 32 ounce size frozen hash browns
1 - 16 ounce container sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can cheddar cheese soup (Campbells makes it)

2 cups cornflakes crushed ( Add the corn flakes in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to crush them.
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Mix the crushed cornflakes and garlic powder together.

Combine potatoes, broccoli, sour cream, cheese, garlic powder, soup and pepper. Scoop into several buttered individual ramkins dishes or a buttered 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with corn flakes and drizzle butter over the top of the casserole.  Bake at 325 degree oven until browned.  For the ramkins 35 to 40 minutes, place them on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with cornflake mixture and butter.  For the 13x9 pan, evenly sprinkle with the cornflakes and butter then bake around 1 hour, 20 minutes.
