Grilled Rosemary Lamb Kabobs Marinade


You can use any kind meats such as beef, lamb or pork  here is another great marinade for the grill!

marinaded chicken skewers

Marinade for cubed lamb:

Cubed leg of lamb or other parts that you can cut up boneless, around 3 lbs
1/4 olive oil
juice of 1 or 2 fresh lemons or more to coat evenly
fresh rosemary, chopped parsley, dried oregano, pinch of basil (around 1 teaspoon each)
3 garlic cloves finely minced
salt, pepper and dash cayenne to taste

Marinate lamb for 3 hours or overnight. Place on skewers with mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, cherry tomatoes and anything else you like. Grill turning once leaving some pink in the middle of the lamb.
