Spinach Mushroom and Sausage Roll with Artisian Dough

1 pound Italian sausage
1 bag 6oz fresh spinach washed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
8 oz fresh mushrooms boiled and drained
shredded mozzarella
 optional: marinara sauce

In a medium fry pan add olive oil, garlic and add the  still wet washed spinach before you heat the pan to avoid the splatter. Cook on low. Cover and cook till wilted. Add the sausage and mushrooms cooked until all the pink is gone. Drain any amount of fat. Set aside.
Roll out the dough using around 1 pound of dough rolled out about 1/4 inch thick.
Spread with the sausage mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, parmesan cheese, sprinkle with garlic powder on top. Roll up and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet seam down. Cook on 400 degree preheated oven for around 35 minutes or till browned. Slice and eat.. great dipped in marinara sauce.
