8 to 12 chicken legs

Heat your oven to 425 degrees. Place chicken legs on the parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for around and hour or till golden browned and crispy.
Actually the chicken taste great with nothing on it, seriously, you can serve this with some sides and your good to go.
Some suggestions and variations:
barbecue sauce
hot sauce and blue cheese dressing
Ranch dressing
honey mustard
Sandwich Idea's:
Mix the chicken with blue cheese or ranch dressing and some hot sauce. Add to a grilled bun with some cheddar cheese.
Pull the chicken off the bone, add Parmesan black peppercorn dressing or use just mayonnaise, celery and some cayenne pepper, for a quick chicken salad. Or try some chicken, ranch, raisins, walnuts and chopped apples for a Waldorf salad on a multigrain bread.
Taking chicken off the bone you can add whatever you like to make a great orderves.
Appetizers:
Slice some some baguette bread slices with tomato, chicken, top with provolone cheese, drizzle olive oil on top and bake or broil for a great appetizer. Or try some olives, chicken, cheese, tomato, bacon bits and avocado slices.
Salad greens never tasted so good until you added this roasted chicken after taking it off the bone! Try adding some mandarin oranges, chow mein noodles, chopped nuts or sesame seeds.
