Quick and Easy Side Dish or Meal

We boil the potatoes whole thin-sliced dollar style fries but cubed is easier for you to bake or air fry, we leave the skins on just a little, this is all your own preference.

Of course, you can just leave these boiled and add spices but we love them crispy and baked or air fried they come out great!

You can decide to even leave the skins on, boil them whole and chop them into cubes skins and all there isn't a set rule here.

I have several suggestions for toppings to make them a whole meal or the perfect side dish for any dinner party or family meal.

Versatile Boiled Potatoes

As I mentioned previously, I boil a whole 10-pound bag of potatoes and then pick a cooking method and topping for the night, they are perfect reheated and the boiling keeps them moist inside and crunchy on the outside!

They're a perfect solution for a busy cook's weeknight side dish.

We love using different topping suggestions during the week to repurpose leftovers for instance topping with leftover chili, stir fry, or roasted vegetables turns the potatoes into a whole meal.

If you're looking for a quick recipe,  and a fast way to get those potato side dishes on the table this will delight any spud lover!
