Baked Broccoli Fritters

Tuesday, February 28, 2012
If you're looking for a great snack using broccoli, these baked fritters are delicious.

Perfect served with any meal and they can be air fried, fried in oil, or baked.

Just around any riced vegetables will work great with this recipe if you're not a fan of broccoli.

These even freeze well and can be reheated and wrapped in foil in the oven for another meal.

Scroll down to the recipe card for the printable and read all the suggestions I have to make these different each time.
