Although I do make my own Copycat Irish Cream, you can use any flavored liquor with my several suggestions below.
For gift-giving, store them in pretty festive tins, but they should only be left out for up to 3 days unrefrigerated, these will stay fresh for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator so be sure to store them properly.

Step By Step Irish Creme Holiday Balls
- crush the vanilla wafers
- mix in all the ingredients
- roll into balls
- chill one hour
- roll into powdered sugar
Ingredient Suggestions

- Optional: sprinkles, crushed candy canes, colored sugars, assorted nuts, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, crushed cookies crumbs, coconut, chopped dried fruits

Irish Creme Holiday Balls

These are no-bake Irish cream cookie balls made with vanilla wafers.
Ingredients
- Irish Creme Balls
- 1 package vanilla wafers
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4-1/2 cups Irish Creme (click here for an Irish Homemade Cream Recipe!)
- 3 Tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/2-1 cup crushed hazelnuts
Instructions
- Crush wafers and hazelnuts in a food processor (or in a bag using a rolling pin till fine). Add sugar and cocoa; mix well.
- Blend in corn syrup and Irish cream.
- Cover and chill dough for an hour or overnight.
- Cover hands in powdered sugar and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or make ahead and freeze them.
- Roll in powdered sugar, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, mini chocolate chips, dip in melted chocolate, and/ or cover in Holiday themed sprinkles before serving.
