Buffalo Home Fries

Quick and easy side dish, perfect with breakfast,  wings,  hamburgers anything you like~

Seasoned homefries with buffalo hot sauce

4 potatoes peeled and thinly sliced par boiled for 10 minutes and drained
1/4 cup of hot sauce or more depending how hot you want them
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper

I've never done this with potatoes - perfect for all the summer barbecues. Love hot sauce and then some cool. I love how you have them crisped up to absorb the sauce.

Hey GF, Were you thinking of me when you posted these? My dad would just adore these. He's a big potato fan and likes the spicy foods too!! I swear he could eat potatoes with every meal. Of course I have to watch the crispy level with him.

Sorry you have to work the weekend. Hope you find a bit of time to celebrate.

**hugs**

You had me... at Buffalo ;-) What an awesome and simple home fries recipe! People often put hot sauce on their home fries and eggs, so why not work it right into the recipe?? Would TOTALLY love to have brunch at your house, hehe.
