Leftover Roasted Chicken and Fried Rice

1 Oven Roasted Chicken leftover and removed from the bone

1 cup cooked rice leftover or fresh
1/4 cup or more of frozen peas
1 egg
salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste around a shake of each
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 soy sauce
3 tablespoons water

Sauce for leftover chicken:
2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon terriyaki sauce
1/4 cup  water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
In a large fry pan melt butter.  Scramble one egg in the pan till solid. Add  to the egg,  cooked rice, peas, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Fry till starts to brown on one side, flip and brown other side. Add 1/4 cup soy sauce and water set aside.

Using the same pan cleaned out, mix water and cornstarch together. Add all the sauce ingredients. Stir till this starts to get thickened,  if it gets to thick, add more water a little at a time, add leftover chicken. Heat till chicken is hot and serve with rice.
