1 cup heavy cream
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 cup Irish Whiskey or Vodka
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup any favorite brand (I used Smuckers jar chocolate sauce, ice cream topping)
1 Tablepoon pure vanilla extract
*optional: 2 tablespoons of caramel syrup or ice cream topping for a caramel style Irish Cream(use with the addition of chocolate syrup).
Combine all ingredients in a blender and set on high speed for 30 seconds.
Place in a glass bottle, tightly sealed and refrigerate. Shake before using.
Will keep for up to 2 months.
