Steps for making Irish Cream Brownies
- preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- grease a 13 x 9 pan
- only mix up to 50 strokes for the mix and fold in your mix-ins
- bake, cool, and frost

Tips
- Always preheat the oven
- do not over bake
- do not over-mix 50 strokes and before you reach that fold in the chips and nuts
- for easy removal use parchment paper in the baking pan or cooking sprays
- for nut allergies use toasted pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
- do not overbake the brownies and use the toothpick method
- cool completely before frosting brownies
- add white chocolate chips if you want a chocolate frosting and white frosting drizzle

One combination we also love is milk chocolate chips and coconut in the mix folded in.
Doctored brownie mixes can be with or without frosting on top.

This is a doctored brownie mix with Irish cream flavors in the brownie and frosting.
Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb. 3.8-oz.) pkg. brownie mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 chopped pecans is optional
- Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 to 3 teaspoons of milk or more if necessary
- Note: add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powdered chocolate frosting.
- Glaze:
- 1-ounce semisweet chocolate, chopped or use white chocolate with chocolate frosted brownies
- 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Oil spray a 13x9-inch pan. and set this aside.
- In a large bowl, add the ingredients listed for making the brownies and stir for around 50 strokes folding the nuts and chips at the last minute. (do not use a mixer).
- Spoon into the prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Do not overbake them.
- Cool completely.
- In a medium-sized bowl beat the frosting ingredients until fluffy.
- Add milk for free-flowing icing.
- In a microwave-safe bowl add the chocolate to melt it with butter.
- Drizzle of frosted brownies.
