Upstate NY Style Cannoli

I was so excited to get up this morning and find this article that was featured here in (click here> Urbanite magazine.

Yummerz, Claudia! You guys eat so well. I don't know if I can even imagine the taste of a homemade cannoli made by an Italian mother:-) I'm sure I've never had one.

Before the metal molds came out, we used the dowels from window shades. Great job, Claudia. How wonderful that your son is preserving the recipes for posterity.
