Well I had to wait until after the New Year's to give my hubby a real party. This is the menu for his Birthday party. It's tough being born on New Year's Eve, not a good day to travel. Being it was a milestone birthday, I had to cook up his favorites for our family and friends this evening... so here is what we are having for his 40th birthday!
