Part Two Leftover Sauce Chicken Parmesan, Chicken Parmesan Pizza and Loaded Steak Fries


Chicken Parmesan, Traditional Next Generation Sauce, Chicken Parmesan on Artisan Chicken Parmesan Pizza, and  Loaded Steak Fries!

My son Curt, said pizza would be great with slices of  Chicken Parmesan style on top of it, on the left using some leftover  Artisan dough, he was right! 
Artisan dough was stretched on a small brownie style pan, precooked, then added the leftover chicken parmesan sliced to the top, some mozzarella added Traditional Sunday Sauce Next Generation  and baked it to perfection!
Curt decided this would be our side dish tonight.  He used frozen store bought steak fries, cooked at 450 degrees until browned. Remove from the oven. Top with sour cream, shredded cheddar, crumbled cooked bacon and (a little hot sauce on top is optional)!  There you have it a complete meal!  Thanks for the idea's, I really liked the chicken parmesan pizza, easy quick when there's leftovers of sauce. The Artisan 5 minute bread dough is so versatile, I never thought to use the dough for pizza. Straight from the refrigerator, stretched it out, baked it for 10 minutes, added toppings, this was a huge hit....such a great idea and dinner tonight Curt, thank you!
