2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a resealable plastic bag, combine the ingredients. Add chicken wings, a few at a time, and shake to coat.

Place in a single layer on two greased cookie sheet style baking pans. Bake at 350° until the wings are crispy or on the grill  if you live in an area you can grill all year.

Salsa sauce:

1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons lime juice
salt and pepper

Take 1/2 cup of pace picante salsa add lime juice. Serve with chicken wings, pour sauce directly over wings, or use as a dip,  garnish with cilantro.

I could lift those wings off the page. This is such a Sunday-afternoon treat for those gathered around the TV to watch a game or returning home from a wintry walk. The photo is gorgeous! Are you doing something new? You and your son have such talent with wings.
