4 to 6 boneless pork loin chops.
1 can of pineapple rings or chunks with juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice canned or fresh
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 green bell pepper sliced lengthwise
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt, pepper to taste
2 cups of cooked white rice
In a oil sprayed or (lined with disposable bags) crockpot, add pork, pineapple, sugar and peppers and spices. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Boil 2 cups of white rice. Pour pork chop mixture over rice and serve.
