Firecracker Shrimp Recipe

Tuesday, July 6, 2010
This fiery Firecracker style buffalo drizzled shrimp recipe is a hot sauce lover's addiction, fried shrimp with a favorite hot sauce and dipped in a homemade dipping sauce of your choice if you want to cool it down a tad.

We love hot sauce, I usually use Frank's, however, we also like these fried and dipped in a yum yum sauce, so you have the best of both worlds here for a recipe.

In the recipe card below you will find the coating recipe for the shrimp and both recipes for the hot sauce and Japanese style yum yum sauces we like.

If you're not into a fiery heat drizzle just leave it off the shrimp fried alone is like eating popcorn and addictingly delicious!

Appetizer or Snack

If you love appetizers, these will have to be added to your menu, we just love hot wings and anything that has a little heat and spicy foods.

These are seafood lovers' snacks for any nighttime snack and perfect for game day finger foods especially when you're hosting a party.

Easy to make in no time and they taste great even reheated in an air fryer or toaster oven.

  14. Fried shrimp really are addictive, aren't they? I prefer them 'naked' as you say (sprinkled with some salt and freshly squeezed lemon juice) but I'm sure they're delicious with hot sauce as well.
