Curt's Italian Style Grilled Wing Guest Post Recipe

You may remember the Guest post of Curt's Italian Chicken Wing Feast he had four different flavors. This time he made them healthier and they were delicious! Grilled to perfection.... visit Curt's Delectable Blog

These wings need to be marinaded overnight or at least for the day. So, what he does is stick them in a big bowl in the refrigerator in the morning before he goes to work.

Here's what went in the bowl:
approx 40 wings he buys them fresh not frozen
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon each of cayenne pepper
sea salt and black pepper

After marinading, heat hot grill. Grill on both sides until crispy and completely cooked, this took around 45 minutes to do all of them on medium heat. Coat the cooked wings with the several sauces made from the first guest post see below!

Refer to the many sauces in this recipe pictured is the Marsala Wing recipe click here > Curt's Italian Wing Feast....Enjoy~
