Buttery Snickerdoodle Cookies

One of those cookies you can't eat enough of. They have a buttery taste with a touch of sugar and cinnamon on them. The outside is crunchy the inside soft and chewy. Another one of those that makes you think of fall. The smell of these cookies baking fills the whole house with homemade goodness!




















3 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup butter softened leave out or put in microwave for 20 seconds
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Beat all ingredients together until it form a dough and is mixed throughly. Shape into round balls.


Coating:


1/2 cup sugar


3 teaspoons cinnamon



In a seperate dish combine coating 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon, mix together. Roll round balls of dough in the cinnamon sugar, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake on 350 until lightly browned around 6 to 8 minutes.
