Refried bean dip

This bean dip can be so versatile, add whatever you like, just cheddar, or dress it up, you can use shredded lettuce, black olive, peppers and tomato off to the side and add after you heat this....great with chips, flour tortilla's or use as a filling for burritos with taco sauce over them......






REFRIED BEAN DIP:


In a large frying pan add ingredients below and brown.
1 pound of hamburger fried or ground turkey...after cooked drain on paper towel.
Add 1 package of taco or chili seasoning mix to the hamburger /turkey that is cooked (optional add some cayenne pepper for more heat!).
Add 1 can refried beans and mix with hamburger and taco seasoning.
Pour in an oven proof baking pan or microwaveable dish .
Spread over the top:
1- 16 oz ( a large container )of sour cream spread over the top, sprinkle one package 2 cups or more of shredded sharp cheddar or Mexican blend cheese over top...microwave till hot and cheese is melted, pass the tortilla chips.

Optional"

**** shredded lettuce and tomatoes can be added along with chopped black olives and jalapenos for a layer bean dip.
