Italian Garlic Knots(Italian Garlic Dough Coated Recipe)

Garlic Knots perfect for any Italian Pasta Meal or Appetizer!
As an appetizer or with dinner, we just can eat these anytime, anywhere. Love the lightness of the dough and the flavors of the oil and seasoning that coats these. Sure to be a favorite hit in your home! Easy to do these. Just buy bread dough or make your own.

Make two or three batches!

One batch of my Pizza Dough published on this site or (pre- made fresh bread dough purchased from the local grocery or bakery). Frozen bread dough makes a soft crust and not crispy if you prefer.

1 lb dough of choice ( I would double the recipe as this makes around 20) bake small pieces of dough that have been tied into knots till brown at 430 degree hot oven. While hot put into the bowl of oil mixed with herbs and serve.
Seasoning :
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon each oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, parsley
**1/4 teaspoon, cayenne pepper or crushed red pepper flakes ( optional for those that like spicer)

1/4 cup romano/parmesan cheese
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Mix everything in a large bowl or plastic bag, stir or shake hot dough knots.. to coat evenly.
